Getting Ready....The Last Days

#1) Buy as much food as you can. Caned food, dry food and things like salt, sugar, flour, oats and any other food needs that you can store.
#2) Buy as much water or store as much as you can. And remember that bleach will not work to store water, you must use Stabilized Oxygen like OxyDrops.
#3) Get you guns ready to use, that means clean, oil and have them ready to pick up and use. But please use you brain on this don't leave you guns out for young kids to get to. Have back up parts for your gun, I don't think you will find parts very easy after the collapse.
#4) Buy as much ammo as you can find. You can even buy ammo you don't use and use it for trade.
#5) Buy back up items for you car or truck, like oil, wiper blades, parts that you know you will need. There will be a time when you will not be able to find this stuff.
#6) Buy medical supplies, all you can get.
#7) Get barter items, things that you know you can trade with like coffee, alcohol, beer(for the short run) and many other items. People will need there vices.
#8) get any house hold items you will need to survive, like paper plates, cups, trash bags, and other items you will need.
#9) Seeds, you will need lots of seeds and know how to use them.
#10) Stand ready and look for the trigger that will start the end.

Three Day Weekend.....

I know a lot of you guys are going to have plans for this weekend with friends, food and family. But I ask you to take a small part of your weekend and set aside a little time for your preps and getting ready. And remember what this Monday is all about. There are very many men and women who gave there lives for this country and the freedoms we all have. But it's a damn shame that the same freedoms all those people fought for and died for are being pushed out of reach of every American. The group of leaders we have in office now are the biggest group of fools I have ever seen. I have read that Obama will not be at the Tomb of The Unknown Soldier to lay a wreath. WHAT? Why not? I will tell you because he is a sick bastard and they don't give a shit about out past, they have a plan for country and it will not include any history that they don't approve of. Evil is near and the collapse is coming so ready yourselves; make a stand for real freedom and be a true Patriot. Use some of your time off this weekend and prep, I'm not asking you to use all your weekend just a small part.
Our time is now and time is short so use your time wisely, prep, plan and survive.

Have a Great Weekend Everyone.

Check This Out!!!!

I saw this today and think you should check it out!

The Ten Essentials From American Survival Guide 1992

The Ten Essentials
by Scott Stoddard
(Originally published in the American Survival Guide, January 1992)

"DON'T leave home without it." But what good will a green plastic credit card do you 20 miles from the nearest paved road? What do you really need when out away from civilization?

Experienced outdoor enthusiasts know what items are most important to bring - even for short walks or hikes out of base camp. The "10 Essentials" are items that cannot be improvised from materials lying on the forest floor. To be found without these few items, even only a few miles from camp or cabin, can spell disaster.

The standard list of 10 essentials varies slightly depending on which source you go to. The Boy Scouts have their list, the Sierra Club has another, and the Mountaineers in their outdoor bible, Mountaineering: The Freedom of the Hills, have come up with another variation. They all incorporate the same basic items.

The following list is not to be considered cast in concrete - each survivalist should customize his or her own kit for the barest minimum of supplies. Note that the first three items are for finding your way, the second three are for your protection, and the last four are for emergencies.

1. A MAP of the area you will be hiking, canoeing, or camping should be detailed enough so that you can find man-made items like trails, unimproved roads, power lines, etc., and natural features such as rivers, streams, hills and other terrain land marks that will guide you. A U.S Geological Survey Topographical map has all of these features and more. For an index to topo maps in your home state contact: U.S. Geological Survey, Map Distribution Section, Federal Center, Box 25286, Denver, CO 80225; (303) 236-7477. A 365 page book titled, The Map Catalog, (Every kind of map and chart on Earth and even some above it), is available from: High Country Enterprise, P.O. Box 746, Saguache, CO 81149; (719) 655-2432.

2. A map without a COMPASS is almost useless unless you possess a sixth sense in direction finding. I prefer the liquid filled "Silva" or "Suunto" compasses. These have straight edges that are useful in plotting bearings. Military lensatic compasses are more bulky and don't have a clear base making map reading through the compass impossible. With both map and compass you should be able to "orient" the map by lining up magnetic north on the compass with the magnetic north arrow printed on the map. Once you do this, you'll be able to identify terrain features and plot your course.

3. Be sure that the FLASHLIGHT you bring doesn't have a switch that is easily turned on and off. You may find that it has been accidentally on all day, and when you need it the batteries will be already worn out. In that case don't put the batteries inside the unit until you are required to use it. Even if you have the most advanced, water proof machined aluminum light source, bring a spare bulb and spare alkaline batteries just in case. A Mini- Mag Lite will fit in the smallest of 10 essential kits but may not be adequate for all-night travel. Headlamps are useful for cave exploring and when the hands are otherwise occupied.

4. On one trip to the top of an 11,000 foot peak I forgot my SUNGLASSES and I nearly went snowblind. After tiring of looking through my balled-up fists I finally had to cut slits in some cardboard and jury-rig some Eskimo sunglasses. Sunglasses are available today that stop 99 percent of ultraviolet light. Poly carbonate lenses with "wraparound" designs provide more protection against wind and side glare. Glacier glasses are recommended for snowy conditions. They usually have polarized lenses and leather side shields to block out the side glare. Buy some retaining straps when you purchase your sunglasses. Croakies or Chums cost less than $5 and will prevent damage or loss of your expensive eye wear. Add some sunscreen to your kit for total solar protection.

5. EXTRA FOOD and WATER. This category puzzles me a bit. Does it mean that I should have two water bottles filled with water and two bags of trail mix? The amount of water you bring should be determined by the length of the trip and the temperature and physical demand put on your body. Water should be used as needed and not rationed out,(i.e.,a few ounces now and no more for another hour). If your body needs water, it needs it now not three hours from now! Water purification tablets might help you use other water sources. As far as food, some hikers throw cans of sardines or tuna fish into their packs knowing that they wouldn't eat it unless there was an emergency. Normal trail foods (dried fruits, nuts, and granola) should be eaten at regular intervals to resupply the body with energy. Pemmican is one of the most concentrated high energy foods you can carry. See the Oct. 1991 ASG issue on page 57 for directions on its preparation.

6. Once again, the EXTRA CLOTHING you bring is determined by the time of the year and the weather. A breezy summer hike may require only a poncho for rain protection and a light nylon wind jammer for possible cold. A day snow hike gets more complicated. An extra jacket or sweater may do, but if you will be in extreme mountain conditions, a bivouac sack, insulation pad, and a winter sleeping bag may be the only thing that will save you should the weather go bad. In normal conditions you should at least throw a metalized space blanket into your kit. This with a poncho can be used to rig up an improvised lean-to shelter. Tape the space blanket to the poncho for support, tie the poncho to trees to form a lean-to and then build a fire in front. The space blanket will reflect the heat of the fire back on to you.

7. Expensive WATERPROOFED MATCHES have always seemed a little too gimmicky for my taste. Strike anywhere wood matches are a lot cheaper and can be stored in a waterproof container such as an empty plastic 35mm film can. If they're too long, just clip off the ends to the right length. A more convenient item for starting fires can be found at your local liquor or convenience store. Throw-away plastic cigarette lighters work well and some have adjustable flames in case you need "blow torch" action. Other fire sparkers such as the flint/magnesium bars on key chains are good back-ups should you lose your matches or lighter.

8. FIRESTARTERS. In this category you can include a regular paraffin candle (store inside a plastic bag so it doesn't melt in your pack), commercial firestarter tablets, Sterno, or my favor ite - Hexamine tablets that are available at most Army/Navy surplus stores. Hexamine tablets won't evaporate like Trioxane Fuel Bars do when the wrapper is ripped, and come six tablets to a small cardboard tube.

A firestarter is used only when conditions make it difficult to start a fire. Preparation is the key to fire building. You need plenty of kindling sticks or pieces of wood split thin with your knife to make the larger diameter branches catch. Most people begin their fires with inadequate supplies of tinder and kindling and are frustrated when they can't get a three inch thick log to catch fire.

9. A POCKET KNIFE is your most important 10 essentials item. Among other things it helps in first aid, food preparation, and fire building. As long as you have a knife you can make fire. Striking steel on any flint-like rock will produce sparks that can catch fire in carefully prepared tinder and kindling - materials you have gathered and prepared using the knife. More elaborate versions of pocket knives contain a treasure chest of useful tools: saws, tweezers, scissors, screwdrivers, awls, toothpicks, can openers, etc A good Swiss Army knife will bring out the MacGyver in all of us. Don't forget this item!

10. A FIRST AID KIT really isn't one item but a collection of items that can contain the bare minimum of bandaids, aspirin, and iodine or on the other extreme contain suture kits, chemically activated cold packs and prescription drugs. This is where you will have to really do some customizing and personalizing. I store my first aid items in a plastic Zip Loc bag so that I can see everything inside and protect them from the weather. Along with an assortment of bandaids, gauze pads, and Steri-Strips, are the following: insect repellent, sunscreen, lip balm with SPF 21, triple antibiotic ointment, small bottle of Hibiclens Surgical Scrub, Aspirin, Diasorb tablets for diarrhea, Actifed (decongestant), Bonine (motion sickness), and Benadryl (antihistamine). Other items that are helpful are: a needle for splinter extraction, moleskin or Spenco Second Skin for blisters, Ace bandage, small needle-nose pliers, single-edge razor blades, and Calamine cream for insect bites.

The "11th" item of the 10 essentials most people carry is toilet paper. Other "essentials" I bring include: an Air Force type signal mirror, 50 feet of parachute cord, mini-Leatherman tool, and plastic fluorescent marking tape for trail marking. You might want to add a pocket signal flare and other items such as a smoke generator for signaling.

Your 10 essentials kit can be packaged in a number of ways. The most convenient is a small day pack. Day packs will hold your water bottle, extra clothing and food for most daytime trips. Get one made out of Cordura nylon with padded straps.

For extensive mountain bike rides many cyclists like to use waist packs or fanny packs to store their emergency gear and a banana or two. A waist pack is generally cooler to wear and provides for a lower center of gravity. Water is normally carried on the frame of the bicycle, so the packs can be smaller and lighter.

The last essential that needs to be taken on all your trips into the wilderness won't fit in a survival kit. It's called common sense and is a prime commodity in both the city and in the outdoors. If it looks like rain - don't go. If it looks too high - stay back. If it's getting dark - get back to your base. By avoiding unnecessary problems and dangers you will save on your own personal wear and tear, and probably get back home in one piece. However, if something does come up, at least you know you've got those 10 important items stowed away in your rucksack.

Great Post From The Survival Mom (

5 Dollar Preps – You Can Afford to Prepare

“I can’t afford to” is definitely the number one excuse people use for not prepping. They believe this because they read about someone who has a $20,000 dollar gun collection and a basement filled with a 10 year supply of freeze dried food. That is just as unrealistic as saying that you want to buy your first house, so you attempt to get a multi-million dollar mansion. It’s just not going to happen.

By following the Survival Food Pyramid and spending just a few dollars a week on preps you will be surprised how quickly your stockpile will grow. Here is an entire list of food and gear you can get for just $5:
Five gallons of purified water
4 pounds of Sugar
5 pounds of Flour
1.5 quarts of cooking oil
Two cases of bottled water
4 cans of fruit
5 pounds of rice
5 Pounds of Spaghetti
4 Cans of Potatoes
4 Cans of Vegetables
4 Cans of Beans
2 bottles of garlic powder or other spices
A case of Ramen noodles
Five packages of instant potatoes
4 Cans of Soup
2 12 ounce cans of chicken or tuna
Two 12.5 ounce cans of Salmon

What Else?
If you get just one of these things each time you go to the grocery you will be well on your way to preparedness. What other $5 Dollar Preps can you think of?

Found Ammo At Wal-Mart

I found ammo today at Wal-Mart. I got six boxes of Federal .22LR, not the 550 but the 375 rounds box. It was just under $12.00 and all they would let me get was six boxes and they still had six left so I got my wife to go and get the other six but in less than 5 mins someone else got the last six. I have to say I was happy with the six I got but would have liked to have got all 12 of them. Maybe next time, my wife said she would come over at the same time I was there and if they had ammo we would both get the six item limit. I still picked up my two boxes of shotgun shells. I do this 2-3 times a week and will keep it up till I run out of room or they stop selling it and I have lots of room. I'm still looking for lamp oil and can only find it at OSH or True Value and at a big price. I found four bottles of lamp oil at a yard sale last week and my wife said it was like I had won the Lotto. I still go shopping every week for extra preps and for barter items.
It looks like the economy is going down hill fast and the dollar is going with it. I don't think the collapse is to far away. Keep up your preps and ready yourself for to evil that is coming our way.

Gift Card

I had a gift card from a sporting goods store from Christmas of last year, I wanted to use it before it was not any good. So I went a did some shopping yesterday. I had $100.00 and my wife had her book so I could take my time a look around. I knew I needed some Gold Dot 125gr 38 spl. rounds to add to my stock so I got a box of them and a speed loader for the 38 spl. I have, so now I have five speed loaders for that gun. Then I walked by the binoculars and saw that they had a stack of items on clearance so I stopped and looked and they had one pair of Simmons FireView 7X35 Binoculars. This was the last pair and marked down to sale so I got them. At this point I was ready to just use the rest of the card to get ammo, but then I saw this Ruko fixed blade knife and had to have it. Then I saw a Browning cap light with an LED light so I had to get it too. So all in all I spent $98.00 and got some very nice gear and didn't have to spend a dime of my own money.

To add to this post I have used the binoculars and they work great, even for a $16.95 pair. And the cap light is very nice I used it to take out the trash last night. I love new gear and any time I can add to my preps is a good day.

Stay alert and keep your eye's open and your ear to the ground because the evil that runs this country approaches and night is near. Keep prepping and survive!

DON'T TREAD ON ME!!!!!!!!!

I can't believe the BS that this country is taking from everyone. Mexican President Felipe Calderon took his opposition to a new Arizona immigration law to Congress Thursday, saying it "ignores a reality that cannot be erased by decree." Calderon's comments on the Arizona law and his request that Congress do something about the availability of high-powered weapons along the border drew criticism from several lawmakers saying he was interfering in U.S. internal matters. What the hell? Who is he to tell us what to do here in this country?
I'm sick as hell with this BS, why do we take this junk from others. I will tell you why, because we have a damn Socialist/Communist group of leaders in office. Who are doing the work of the NWO and setting this country up for the big fall. We are in the last days of this country. The dollar is just about as good as toilet paper and going down every day. WE are losing more jobs that we are gaining every day. They say the unemployment rate is at about 9.8% for the country but I have read that the numbers the government is giving is way off and it's more like 17%-19% for the whole country. We are not headed for a collapse, because we are in a collapse. Just a slow down hill drop of a collapse. I think we have crossed the road of no return and are days or weeks from the full collapse, so prep like crazy and survive!
DON'T TREAD ON ME because I am ready to survive!!!!

The Coming Collapse

I see the collapse coming soon; I just don't know when or how it will hit. So I prepare for the worse and hope for the best but I know the worst is coming. I prep to survive and to do it with as much comfort as I can. I store food, water, medical supplies and other need household supplies to make life better after the collapse.
All you have to do is look around and see that this country is going down a road to doom. I see the fake news every night and I know 99% of it is lies and BS. I get more truth from the blogs and word of mouth than I ever have from the news. I see this world getting worse and worse with every month that goes by. Unemployment is going up and pay is going down, the cost of food, fuel and just about everything is up. I just don't see how things are getting better or how things are looking up. HOW? It's a slow soft drop down a deep hole into a world of pain.
Now is the time to step up and show your colors. Make a stand for freedom and prep! Make your stand and draw a line in the sand, lock and load your battle and when the NWO walks over your line drop them and some brass. Time is short and so is live, so prep to live!

The Food Saver Jar Sealer

Andrea over at Chick-Bit Run asked about more info on the food saver jar sealer so I found some on line and added some of my own info.

The Food Saver Regular Jar Sealer fits on your own Ball and Kerr Mason jars and works with Food Saver vacuum sealer systems to keep goods fresh longer. Great for liquids, fragile foods and dry goods like brown sugar, spices, dried fruit and coconut. Food Saver Regular Jar Sealers replace standard Mason-type jar lids to create a vacuum seal that locks out air, the enemy of freshness. Not to be used for canning.

For Use with Mason-Type Jars
Keep Fragile Foods and Dry Goods Fresh Longer

The FoodSaver vacuum sealer offers consumers two different sizes of jar sealer attachments to tightly seal both standard and wide-mouthed jars. While you can seal your own jars at home using this attachment, the food Saver company only guarantees that it will work on Kerr and Ball brand jars. Other brands of jars may not fit in the attachment correctly, which causes an improper seal and could lead to food spoilage.

How to use the Food Saver Jar
Step 1 Fill the Mason jar with food, leaving at least one inch of empty space between the food and the top of the jar.

Step 2 Place the lid on top of the jar. The screw band is not needed for vacuum sealing.

Step 3 Plug the Food Saver vacuum sealer into a standard electrical outlet.

Step 4 Insert the end of the jar sealer attachment cord into the hose port on the top of your FoodSaver.

Step 5 Push the jar sealer attachment down firmly over the top of the Mason jar until the entire rim of the jar is covered.

Step 6 Close the lid of the FoodSaver and lock it in place by pressing the locks located on both sides of the device.

Step 7 Hold down the "On" button. The FoodSaver will begin sealing the jar, and the sealing light will turn on.

Step 8 Release the "On" button when the sealing light goes out and the machine is quiet.

Step 9 Pull the jar sealer attachment off of the jar. The lid should be tightly sealed to the jar.

More Work On My Preps

I got all the dry goods put into food saver bags and into the buckets. Plus I got some instant mashed potatoes today and put them into mason jars. I have the jar sealer for the food saver and can use the small or large jars. I have put beans, rice, oats and instant mashed potatoes away like this before and it works well. I plan to do this every week for as long as I can or until I can't get anymore jars or items. I try to get my mason jars on craigslist or at yard sales, all you have to do is clean them and get new rings and lids and your ready to go.

We all need to get as much food stored away ASAP because time is short and the collapse is near. Get your preps in-line and your family ready to survive. I have posted a few photos of my jars.

Yard Sale....

Went well today and we made our trip to Wal-Mart to shop for dry goods. We got 25 lbs. of rice, 25 lbs. of red beans, 10 lbs. of black beans, 12 boxes of grits, 12 boxes of salt, and 20 lbs of sugar. We didn't get any oats today they were out of the store brand and I'm not going to pay for name brand when the store brand is cheaper and the same thing so I will wait on the oats. I got a few boxes of bags for the food saver to bag this stuff up with. And I saw the 1 lb LP tanks at Wal-Mart 2 for $4.97 so I got 10 of them and my new grill will burn for 1.1 hours at full heat and 2.25 hours at half heat, so if I go by the numbers I got 22.5 hours of cooking time. I will keep adding to my fuel every week. I know how to cook with wood and know I will have to at some point but I would like to cook the easy way for as long as I can. I also got five small bricks of 22LR today at Wal-Mart it's the 333 Winchester 22LR it is a smaller brick because it only has 333 rounds in the box, plus I paid $11.97 for the small brick and just over a year ago I could buy a 550 round brick of Federal 22LR for $9.97. I'm sure the day's of cheap ammo of the shelf at a store are long gone. All and all after the shopping trip to Wal-Mart, a full tank of gas, and going out to a late lunch with the little lady we still were able to put $150.00 away for the next trip.
Hope you all have a great weekend and keep up the prepping because evil is near and the collapse is close behind.
And for you guys who hate Wal-Mart I'm sorry but they have the best deals in town so thats where we shop.

It's Friday.....Long Weekend Ahead.......

I have a lot on my plate this weekend. Me and the wife are doing a yard sale this Saturday and have talked about it and after the sale every thing left over is going to goodwill. We are only selling items we no longer need or want. We just did a move and are just cleaning out the junk that is just not needed. I plan to use the extra space to put in more preps. My plan is food, food and more food! I just got 15 more 5 gallon buckets with lids to put away more food. I use my food saver to pack the food and then seal it up in the 5 gallon bucket.
The nice thing about doing a yard sale is you get to go through all of your stuff, so I am using this to help find stuff and put it into the right place. After the sale and the trip to drop off the goodwill items we will make a run to Wal-Mart and buy a good amount of dry goods to bag with the food saver. I will get beans, rice, oats, grits, and more salt and sugar. I like this plan, sell unwanted items and junk and use the money to buy preps. I will add some of my own money to this because this weekend is going to be a full prep weekend. I plan to stay at it till I get it done and if I have time I will get a little range time in to.
And for the first time in months I have seen more ammo at the gun store, but every item is through the roof. I still have not seen ammo at Wal-Mart unless you are after shotgun shells. I still pick up a box or two of shotgun shells every time I go to Wal-Mart, I don't think you can ever have to many shotgun shells, because after the collapse you will need the bird shot to hunt, plus I still go and shoot trap as much as I can.
Keep up your prepping and stay alert to the evil that is on it's way. The collapse is near and time is short.

Who Do or Who Can You Trust?

I ask myself this all the time. Who can we trust with the info we know and once they know you prep who will they tell? I never give out full info on my preps, and I always tell everyone the same thing, " I still don't have enough food for my family!" And I think that is true because I will never feel like I'm done with my preps. I will always be adding more items and I will always add food, water and medical supplies. When I talk with people about the coming collapse I tell them I stock food and needed items for my survival, but my question to you all is who do we trust? Who can I tell the full truth to about my preps? I don't think I can ever tell some people about my preps, like the friend down the street that is a great guy. How will he act the day of the collapse? will he knock on my door and ask to borrow a cup of sugar because he was not ready for the collapse or will he wait for me to come out of my house and ambush me to take all of my preps? I think the ambush is how it would go down. I think people will find out very fast that the crazy person inside of them is not very hard to pull out when needed. Most people are nice and keep to themselves on a day to day basis, but within seconds of the collapse the evil person inside will come out. Like the mother of two kids who needs food and milk for her kids, she will do whatever she needs to do so she can feed the kids even if it means killing you and your kids to do it. Most people don't even know about the evil they have inside till it jumps out on them and I know the day of the collapse lots of people will find this out. Me point to this post is watch out who you talk to and who you tell about your preps. I think it would be best to not say a thing about your preps. I talk to people about survival and what they need to do and never about what I have. And I always tell the fool who will say, " I will Just Come Over To Your House If the Collapse Hits!" and as always I tell them first you don't know where I live and if you do show up to steal from me or my family you need to have your faith in place because you will need it for your after life!

Keep your eye's open and your ear to the ground because evil is near and night is coming and evil never sleeps. Keep prepping and plan to survive.

We The Sheeple Of This........

This country is full of sheeple, I call them the walking dead. And if you talk to them about the coming collapse they just look at you with a look you would give a crazy person or the look you give that one crazy ass family member that shows up at your party and talks about the craziest stuff. I get the look all the time because I see trouble down the road and have it in my heart to share the info and try to help as many people as I can to survive. Do I waste my time? Yes, No hell I don't know. I try because I feel I need to and I share because it's the right thing to do. We are all in this big world together and if I can help someone get off on the right foot into survival then that's what I would like to do. But the sad thing is most people and I would say it's like 90-95% of the people don't want to hear about the coming collapse or any evil or doom down the road of life. They just want to live there life and play and go on trips to the sun and fun and never have to think of the day when you have no gas for the car or no power to run the 46" TV or no food to eat. Most people want to just keep things as they are and never have to change a thing. Well I have bad news for them, life is and always is changing and is headed for a big change very soon. You will find your self very soon in a place where you will have to grow and hunt or fish for your on food. You will have to make and fix the things you need to work with each day to make a way of life for you and your family. And in this new world we are going into your wife and kids don't get to sit on the side lines they have to be in the game to. No more video games from sun up to sun down from now own your kids will help with fire wood and getting water and working in the garden. And the little lady who was such a wonderful social butterfly and would spend her day shopping and talking on the phone with friends will now need to not worry about her nails or her hair and help you run a household.( And please don't think I see all women this way, I talking about the sheeple) In the new world we are about to go into every one of us will work very hard every day of our lives just to survive and so many are not ready for this and a few of us know what lies ahead and tries to share this information with others to save lives.

My friend Michael over at Staying Alive , He has a great blog and as me puts out the info on needing to be ready for the collapse and in his blog today he talked of running into the same wall I run into most every time I talk of the coming collapse. He plans to plant extra food for some of the walking dead that can't or will not see the writing on the wall and prep for themselves. He can see that so many will be with out and need to eat, why can't the people see the doom that is coming our way? I pray for Michael as I pray for all of us preppers because the day will come that our skills and readiness will be needed greatly.

Our time is short and the days are few before the collapse so now is the time to get ready. It's do or die time for most, because with few days left before the collapse it only gives you unprepared a short time to get your house in order. And the few who have stocked up on needed items we all need to add to our stock in the last days we have. Check your preps and fill the holes you may have, the last time I checked I saw I have many items to use to cook with but no way to get real eggs on a regular basis. So I got some #10 cans of powered egg to use till I can fix my problem, it's not the best fix but will hold till I fix it.

Our time is short so get ready!!! Help save a life, maybe even your own!!!

20 Signs

20 Signs That The United States Is Rapidly Becoming A Totalitarian Big Brother Police State
Once upon a time, the United States was a land of unparalleled freedom. The rest of the world envied the freedom that ordinary Americans had to think, say and do what they wanted. But all of that has changed. Now Americans have to fear that they will be tackled by a squad of security goons and dragged off to a detention facility somewhere if they spill a Pepsi on a flight attendant or take a few too many pictures of a public building. The United States used to be the polar opposite of totalitarian regimes like Nazi Germany and the Soviet Union, but now America is rapidly becoming very much like them. Due to the fear of a boogeyman living in a cave somewhere or some guy with explosive powder in his underwear we are all being forced to give up our freedoms and learn to live in a Big Brother police state.
But have things really changed so much that we have to give up all of the cherished freedoms that our fathers and grandfathers fought and died for? Haven’t there always been fanatics and crazies and criminals out there? Why do we suddenly have to become so afraid of them?
In the past, Americans would not let anyone make them live in fear. If some unbalanced individual did something bad, it wasn’t the end of the world, was it? No, in the past Americans dusted themselves off and continued to live as free men and women. You see, when we live in fear and radically alter our way of life just to feel a little more secure, we lose. We have let someone else steal our freedom and our dignity.
But now in the name of “security” all kinds of bizarre proposals have been implemented on the local, state and national levels. Somehow we think that if everything that we do is watched, monitored and analyzed we will all be safer somehow.
Maybe we are safer and maybe we aren’t, but we are certainly a whole lot less free.
The following are 20 signs that the United States is rapidly becoming a totalitarian ”Big Brother” police state….
#1) A new bill being pushed by Senators John McCain and Joe Lieberman would allow the U.S. military to round up large numbers of Americans and detain them indefinitely without a trial if they “pose a threat” or if they have “potential intelligence value” or for any other reason the President of the United States “considers appropriate”.
#2) Lawmakers in Washington D.C. working to create a new immigration bill have decided on a way to prevent employers from hiring illegal immigrants: a national biometric identification card all American workers would be required to obtain.
#3) Barack Obama is backing a plan to create a national database to store the DNA of people who have been arrested but not necessarily convicted of a crime.
#4) Just to get on an airplane, Americans will now have to go through new full-body scanners that reveal every detail of our exposed bodies to airport security officials.
#5) If that wasn’t bad enough, the Transportation Security Administration has announced that airport screeners will begin roving through airports randomly taking chemical swabs from passengers and their bags to check for explosives.
#6) Starting this upcoming December, some passengers on Canadian airlines flying to, from or even over the United States without ever landing there, will only be allowed to board their flights once the U.S. Department of Homeland Security has determined they are not terrorists.
#7) Organic milk is such a threat that the FDA has been conducting military style raids on Amish farmers in Pennsylvania.
#8) An NYPD officer has broken his silence and has confessed that innocent citizens are being set up and falsely arrested and ticketed in order to meet quotas.
#9) A growing number of police departments across the U.S. are turning to mobile camera systems in order to fight motor vehicle theft and identify unregistered cars.
#10) For decades, Arizona has been known as “the sunset state”, but lately many frustrated residents have started calling it “the surveillance state”.
#11) Judges and police in Florida have been caught using “secret codes” on tickets in the state of Florida.
#12) An extensive investigation has revealed that between 2003 and 2007, that state of Texas quietly gave hundreds of newborn baby blood samples to a U.S. Armed Forces laboratory for use in a forensics database.
#13) A 6-year-old girl was recently handcuffed and sent to a mental facility after throwing temper tantrums at her elementary school.
#14) One 12-year-old girl in New York was recently arrested and marched out of her school in handcuffs just because she doodled on her desk.
#15) In Florida, students have been arrested by police for things as simple as bringing a plastic butter knife to school, throwing an eraser, and drawing a picture of a gun.
#16) When a mother on a flight to Denver spanked both of her children and cussed out a flight attendant who tried to intervene, she suddenly found herself handcuffed and headed for prison. Why? She was charged with being a domestic terrorist under the Patriot Act.
#17) A new global treaty may force U.S. Internet service providers to spy on what you do online.
#18) A leaked Obama administration memo has revealed plans for the federal government to seize more than 10 million acres of land from Montana to New Mexico.
#19) 56 percent of Americans questioned in a CNN/Opinion Research Corporation poll said that the U.S. government has become so large and powerful that it poses an immediate threat to the rights and freedoms of ordinary citizens.
#20) But one other recent poll found that 51 percent of Americans agree with this statement: ”It is necessary to give up some civil liberties in order to make the country safe from terrorism.”

Slinky Shortwave Antenna On Sale Now!!!!!

Check out the sale on my Slinky Shortwave Antenna....... Click on photo for more info.....

Time Is Short........

If you spend any time reading the blogs and other info on the Internet you can see that we are near a collapse. But the question is how much time do we have? When will the collapse hit? Or the best question is what will be the trigger that starts the collapse? I have said many things about how I think the collapse may hit. But I don't know when or how it will hit. I only know that I will do as much as I can to get ready for the coming collapse. Every day we see more and more news about the things getting worse, but not from the main stream news. You only get the BS that the NWO wants you to see. Every lie has a small part of truth to it or so I have been told, have you ever heard the saying that even a broke clock is right two times a day. This is the way the NWO works they put out a hint of truth in a story but with 90% of the base of the story being a lie. This is where the false flag event will come into play. An event will happen, this will be the 10% truth to the story, but the other 90% will be the NWO lies that send so many of the walking dead of this country to the FEMA Camps. I know that we are running out of time and the event that triggers the collapse is just being set into play. We don't know when or how so we must prep like crazy.
Get into high gear and prep, add the needed supplies that will help you survive. Go out and buy any and all ammo you can find. And remember that shotgun shells will always be needed in all shot size.
Buy all the extra food you cab afford to buy and keep up your stock of food, water and medical supplies.
Keep your eye's open and your ear to the ground because evil is near and night is coming.

Food Storage for $5.00 a Week

This is a re-post from months ago but is needed info.
Food Storage for $5.00 a Week
I found this at

Please note that is list was put together many many years ago, so the idea that you can only spend $5.00 a week is not a realistic amount of money, I would guess it is more like $8-10.00 a week.

Week 1: 61bs. salt
Week 2: 5 cans cream of chicken soup
Week 3: 20 lbs. of sugar
Week 4: 8 cans tomato soup
Week 5: 50 lbs. wheat
Week 6: 6lbs. macaroni
Week 7: 20 lbs. sugar
Week 8: 8 cans tuna
Week 9: 6lbs. yeast
Week 10: 50Ibs.wheat
Week 11: 8 cans tomato soup
Week 12: 20 lbs. sugar
Week 13: 10 lbs. powdered milk
Week 14: 7 boxes macaroni and cheese
Week 15: 50 lbs. wheat
Week 16: 5 cans cream of chicken soup
Week 17: 1 bottle 500 multi-vitamins
Week 18: 10 lbs. powdered milk
Week 19: 5 cans cream mushroom soup
Week 20: 50 lbs. wheat
Week 21: 8 cans tomato soup
Week 22: 20 lbs. sugar
Week 23: 8 cans tuna
Week 24: 6 lbs. shortening
Week 25: 50 lbs. wheat
Week 26: 51bs. honey
Week 27: 10 lbs. powdered milk
Week 28: 20 lbs. sugar
Week 29:5 lbs. peanut butter
Week 30: 50 lbs. wheat
Week 31: 7 boxes macaroni and cheese
Week 32: 10 lbs. powdered milk
Week 33: 1 bottle 500 aspirin
Week 34: 5 cans cream of chicken soup
Week 35: 50 lbs. wheat
Week 36: 7 boxes macaroni and cheese
Week 37: 6lbs. salt
Week 38: 20 lbs. sugar
Week 39: 8 cans tomato soup
Week 40: 50 lbs. wheat
Week 41: 5 cans cream chicken soup
Week 42: 20 lbs. sugar
Week 43: 1 bottle 500 multi-vitamins
Week 44: 8 cans tuna
Week 45: 50 lbs. wheat
Week 46: 6lbs. macaroni
Week 47: 20 lbs. sugar
Week 48: 5 cans cream mushroom soup
Week 49: 5 lbs. honey
Week 50: 20 lbs. sugar
Week 51: 8 tomato soup
Week 52: 5 lbs. wheat

Some weeks you will have leftover change. Save the change each week in a kitty to be used for the weeks you may exceed $8.00 to $10.00 (like wheat or milk).

You will end up with:

500 pounds of wheat
180 pounds of sugar
40 pounds of powdered milk
12 pounds of salt
10 pounds of honey
5 pounds peanut butter
45 cans of tomato soup
15 cans of cream of mushroom soup
15 cans of cream of chicken soup
24 cans of tuna
21 boxes of macaroni and cheese
500 aspirin
1000 multi-vitamins
6 pounds of yeast
6 pounds of shortening
12 pounds of macaroni

This should be enough to sustain two people for one year. For every two people in your family add $10.00 more and double or triple the amount of the item you are buying that week.

Here We Go........

I did my reading of the many blogs today and see that most of the blogs have a theme that is almost the same, "The collapse is near". I see it coming very soon, because we have so many ways it could happen. We have a few ways the collapse could start here is the list as I see it.

1) Economic Collapse, This country or the world? Just look at Greece and Spain!

2) War with Iran, Chief of Staff Nikolay Makarov said in March, "If Iran is Attacked The US Will Collapse!"

3) Russia, They are as strong as ever and look ready to play war. Who knows?

4) China, Hell we owe them so much money what happens when we tell them we are broke and have no money, which is just where we are at we have zero money. The money we are giving away and using is fake but we just keep printing it up and sending it out. Just think if you ran your company like the USA is run. You would be in JAIL FOR FRAUD or worse.

5) Russia/China, Because we attack or help Israel attack Iran.

"One of the concerns people have is that Israel might do it without being asked... Given the fact that Iran has a stated policy that their objective is the destruction of Israel, the Israelis might well decide to act first, and let the rest of the world worry about cleaning up the diplomatic mess afterwards," (quoted from an MSNBC Interview Jan 2005) Where would this leave the US, I'm sure we would get the blame for the whole thing, even if we didn't plan a thing or even know about it. But I'm sure we would know.

6) False Flag Event, This is always on the table, because we never can trust the government we always have to look out for this kind of event. I'm sure if this is the way it all goes down FEMA and Troops will be used to push us all in the nice FEMA Camps,(you know the FEMA Camps that don't even exist)

7) Flu Pandemic, We are due for a big pandemic it could be man made or from the good Lord himself.

What ever the reason the collapse hits we all need to be ready for it and have supplies. Preps are what we will have after the collapse. Get to it and start to store food, water, and medical supplies. Keep your eye's open and your ear to the ground because the evil is just over the hill and night is approaching. Stand strong and be ready for a fight.

Big Up And Down Day AT The Dow!!

At one time today before the trolls in the back rooms pushed it back up the Dow dropped 998 points then it was pushed back up by the NWO bankers. The collapse is coming most of us know this info but the rest of the world have no clue to the DOOM that is just around the corner. There will be a day when they can't push or prop the Dow back up and then it will be the start of the collapse. The fools in the market are playing with fire and are going to lose their asses. In the long run the smart plan to safety is to stock up on food, water, medical supplies and other needed survival supplies. Guns and ammo, lots of ammo is the best safety net for your survival. Don't get caught up in the BS of the world with the fake or false news from the fake leaders of this country. Most of the world is bankrupt and this country is bankrupt and just can't admit it, yet we spend money like we print it hand over fist. It's only a matter of time before we have a collapse. I see it coming soon, very soon.

As always I tell everyone who reads this blog to stock up. Buy food, water, and medical supplies and do it now. I go every week and add to my preps and over the last few weeks I have doubled my effort and added 2 times the food because I see the writing on the wall. COLLAPSE!!!! It could be tomorrow, next week, next month or a year from now but I want to have as must preps has I can when it hits. I buy some kind of ammo every time I go to Wal-Mart or the Gun Store, even if it's just a small box of 22LR or more shotgun shells I make the effort to stay ahead of the eight ball and not behind it.

My advice to one and all is get ready for the collapse, work on your preps every day. If your not adding to them then check them and re-list what you need to add. Make the "need" List and work on it and be sure to put the most needed items at the top of the list.

Keep your eye's open and your ear to the ground because evil is near and night approaches.

How to Prepare for Collapse

Step 1 Only buy what you need. Don't spend a penny more than what you must, and be frugal in what you buy. Buy used whenever possible, and go for quality over quantity. Save, re-use, and do without when you have to. Remember all those stories about your grandmother walking 10 miles daily barefoot in the snow? We need to do the economic equivalent and use the wisdom of our elders to learn to be frugal and spend wisely.

Step 2 Get out of debt and start saving money. The dollar is sure to plummet even more in the face of world economy collapse, and evidence shows that gold prices rise when the dollar decreases in value. Investing in gold may be the way to go rather than cash savings. Gold and silver coin investing can help you preserve the value of your money if the dollar sharply plummets. Gold and silver retains its value, and can be traded or used to purchase good and services. If there is no extra money to pay down debt or start saving, focus on necessities like housing, food, and supplies.

Step 3 Be creative about sources of income. As more large corporations go under and thousands of jobs are lost, think outside the box for ways to bring in additional income. Examples of ways to earn extra money include direct sales, online writing for upfront or residual pay, selling high-demand items online at E-Bay, and selling items on consignment. Use unneeded items to have a yard sale or invest in fast sale items and go to a swap-meet a sale your items.

Step 4 Consider a career switch, and get the necessary training while you can. Jobs in health care are still growing. There are a lot of jobs that are good to have is bad times.

Step 5 Stockpile food, water, and emergency supplies. Dry goods like grains and legumes, along with canned goods, bottled water, water purification tablets, and first aid supplies should be kept on hand in case of collapse. Make sure you have a way to cook and heat water like a camp stove or BBQ Grill and have a good amount of fuel on hand, because a stove with no fuel is just junk.

Step 6 Learn to be resourceful and do things yourself. From home plumbing to growing your own food, learn to provide for your own needs as much as possible. Start now to learn how to create and tend a food garden, and consider spending time studying up on home repair and other useful skills. Hunting and fishing are great was to help put food on the table. If you have never done either find a friend or someone to show you how to fish or hunt.

Step 7 Network with friends, family, and neighbors. Build relationships within the local community so that you can rely on them - and they on you - in case of collapse. But be very careful who you trust because one mistake could cost you your life and the lives of your family.

Step 8 Learn to barter. Have on hand important goods like personal care items (soaps, razors, deodorant), non-perishable food items, tools, first aid supplies, and other necessary supplies. Consider what you know. Do you know how to garden? Are you skilled in holistic health techniques? Do you know a lot about home repair? These skills are not only valuable for you, but you can use them to barter and help others in case of world economic collapse.

Step 9 Have a gun and lots of ammo! If you have a gun then add as much ammo as you can, if you don't have a gun get one now!!!!! And learn how to use it!!!! If you have supplies and want to keep them then you will need a gun. I would say to have more than one gun. One shotgun, two handguns and two long guns would be my bottom line but it's up to you how to survive the collapse.

Step 10 Have a plan to survive and stick to it. Plan a list of needed items and work on it and plan for a stock of food and water and work to get it done. What we store now is what we live on later, so if you want to live good stock up good or if you want to live bad then stock up bad it your choice. If I were you I would do my best to survive good and have as much food as you can.

Keep your eye's open and your ear to the ground because the evil empire is on it's way and the next stop is Camp FEMA. ALL ABOARD!!!!!!! Think Smart and survive!

Post-Apocalyptic Life

After the collapse how will the day to day of our lives go? I know every day will be a fight to stay alive and to feed yourself and your loved ones. I would like to think that after the first part of the collapse this part I will call the, "OMGWTFJH" this would be, ole my God what the f**k just happened!!! I think this part of the collapse will be from the start of the collapse till a good part of the people die off or are killed. Within days of the collapse you will see the worst in people, I say this because the survivors left after the collapse will fight, kill, steal and do what ever they have to so they can feed themselves or there children. The worst in people will come to the surface and show it's ugly face very soon after the collapse. But after the first part of the collapse goes down and things have settled back down a little bit and life gets back to some kind of normal. What will that normal life be like? How will the day to day be in life after the collapse. We will have to grow our own food and hunt for our own meat. I see small groups of people working as a village or a town to farm and hunt or fish. Remember it's easier to defend a area with a small group or team of people. Don't get me wrong a husband and wife who both can shoot well can hold off a small group of people trying to get there food or supplies, but for how long? Because it's only the two of them and they have to be awake and ready at all times the group of raiders can take shifts and beat down the husband and wife. I know one can stay watch and the other sleep but for how long? I don't see the lone wolf working to well after the collapse, I may be wrong and alone and on the go all the time may be the way of life after the collapse. I think that after the collapse we will do much better in small groups of people that all work as one to grow, hunt, fish, and search for needed items to survive. After the collapse there will be lots of good items out there that need to be found and used to survive and as just a single family, even if you have a big family you will still need a small group of people to help you survive. When the SHTF so many people will just stop for a second and then make a run for it, they may grab a few items or not but I know that a lot of good items will be left behind in homes, where they work and other places, so after the collapse we will have to search for needed items and do all the other things we need to to survive and I think having a small group of people to share the different rolls that are needed to survive. The rolls that will be needed are hunter, fisherman, guard, recon team for finding needed items and many other rolls of a group. The small groups will be like small cities and have laws and rules to follow, my only fear is with power comes corruption and I could see some bad things going down after the collapse with a person getting some power and going crazy. I think of things like this and wonder how life will be? I know I have done the best to prepare and stock up for survival after the collapse, but what will life bring after the collapse? I am a survivalist and I know to think every thing will be great just because I'm ready is foolish, but I do think that because I am prepared I will have it a little easer that most. All we can do is prep and study the skills we will need to survive. Get out and use the skills to survive so you are ready. And keep your eye's open because the collapse is near and our time is short.

Why can't the people of this country see the BS that is handed to us everyday? I look and read the news and just shake my head and think how do they push this shit on the people of this country. The Health Care Bill, Cap & Trade, Taxes and more taxes on top of the old ones, and some people will look you right in the face and say we need it this way,WHAT??? I need the government to get the hell out of my life and leave me alone. I don't mess with them and I would love it if they would forget I'm alive and never mess with me again.
I feel as time goes on the more this government will impose on us little people. We will see more and more taxes from all angles. I saw in a post at the other day that there is a bill being pushed to make it where we all have to have a black box in our car, just like in the air planes so they can read info from a car crash. What is this junk? Just one more way to track us from place to place as we go about our day. And I have saw on-line that someone in government wants to go to a full paperless currency this is so they can track every thing we buy, which they can do now if you have a store card or shop with you credit or debt card. Every month we move closer to a more Orwell (1984) life. What's next some kind of neck collars that keep track of us and can give some kind of punishment when we get out of line or go against the government? Or a chip in our brain to control us from birth? I don't trust my government, never have and never will. Our time is short and even a few of the other blogers I read say the same thing, that time is running out for us. We all need to kick it into high gear and prep, prep, prep like crazy. Every week I find a new task and work on it till done. I hope you all are doing the same, because every meal we ready today is one more meal to have after the collapse.
