Not that funny. Check the value of silver. Pre 164 coins were made of silver. At $35 per ounce they are comming out way ahead.

Today, two years later, silver sits at just shy of $20.00 per ounce, 1/10 oz is $2.00, so they're still paying 20 cents "face value", but today the "silver value" is $4.00 per gallon...so yeah, they're makin' out OK.
