What To Do Next?

So with our time so short and the collapse of this country knocking at our door what do you have on you list to do next. I know we all are prepping and stocking up on needed items, but what is your next big project? For me it will be building 6-8 more planter boxes for the garden and 4 or 5 more planter boxes for some more dwarf fruit trees for next spring. I think I will even build a small chicken coop over the winter so I can start to have eggs. At this time I barter with my friends next door for most of my eggs and buy the rest at the store. But the home raised eggs taste so good and you know what the chickens are eating, not like the ones from Wal-Mart. I think the barter system will be the new way to buy and sell goods after the collapse, so I try to barter as much as I can now to be ready for the collapse. The people who grow, hunt and barter there food will be the survivors in the coming years. Our life is about to be turned upside down and the few that are ready for the hard time ahead have a much better chance of survival than the dead head sheeple. With just a little hard work and some planning you to can become a survivor. So my question to you is, ”What Do You Do Next?”

My friends our time is short just read the news or sit down and watch the nightly news. The truth is deep inside the Bull-Muck that they put out everyday, but if you can read in-between the lines you will see the truth. And as time gets shorter the crazy leaders and the New World Order are not even hiding it they just lay it out for you right in the open. Get yourself and your family ready, because the evil is just over the hill and night is approaching.

  1. Our next big projects will be building a permanent storage area in the basement to replace the cheap metal shelves...but that's all part of a larger basement remodel. I figure if we can make the basement liveable with a kitchenette and a half-bath, it would be an easier place to heat and bug-in if things turn crazy.

And we're still talking about building a swinging bookcase-door for that closet I talked about in my blog. That's way up there on the list simply for coolness factor :)

  2. We're still moving forward with our caching project. While we fully intend on staying in our home regardless of what happens, having a decent portion of our preps off-site - but still accessible - is high on our list. We don't want all of our eggs in one basket, so to speak.

We're also beefing up our communication preps. In fact, I found your site while I was doing research on shorwave radios.

Do you have a post that gives the specifics of your Slinky Antenna (great idea, btw)? How much do you charge for them? I did a Google search of your site, but EVERY post comes up because of the ad in the corner of your site!

  4. I charge $19.99 and that is with shipping to the U.S.A.
I don't have many spec's on the antenna. I can send you the page I send to people who e-mail me anout it. I have made about ten types of slinky antenna and the Jr and the regular one I sell now work the best with the SW and AM,FM bands. Just e-mail me if you have any more questions.

  5. CI-you won't believe the stations that antenna picks up! It definitely increases reception, even to plain old radios
