So what are your plans for the Super Bowl? Do you have a big party or do you even watch? I like football and I watch it but will not miss something good for football. But do you have plans for this weekend and if so does it have anything to do with the game? It kills me that so many will go all out for one game and spend hundreds and hundreds of dollars for one game and a Sunday evening just so they can party. But if you ask the same party person if he prep's or is prepping he looks at you like you are a fool, yep I'm the fool for spending my money on food for storage and survival and you are the smart one for spending hundreds of dollars on a super bowl party. OK when the collapse hits maybe you can through a big I'm going to die party and go out with a bang!!!! Because if you don't plan now to survive it will be to late when the collapse hits. Just my two cents...... Everyone have a good weekend and watch the game just don't go over board with it..........
And who do you think with Win?
I'm watching, and of course cheering on my Patriots:) But I watch on a local channel (we don't have cable), and I might spend $5 on something special to snack on as a treat...No big hoopla here, as long as you don't count my yelling at the tv (they can hear ya', didn't you know that?) lol.
ReplyDeleteWhen it comes to sports, I love playing them, was even a fair football player in the Army.
ReplyDeleteBut I've never watched a sports game on Tv. Never saw the sense of it, really, and with all the hype and hullabaloo that goes on around them now, I have even less interest in watching them. (Since I don't watch, my kids don't, either, so it isn't that we're missing family time. Nor do any of those with whom I associate outside work watch sports, so it's a win-win.)
Trouble is, when I got to work, I had nothing to talk about with the others. Not that that ever bothered me- I am perfectly happy being quiet.
For me, since it's forecast to be a bee-yoot-a-full week end, I'm either going fishing or to the range (the range has better odds since there's half a foot of water on the ice now).
Thanks for asking. Enjoy the game.
Going fishing, or to the range (which may be the winner depending how much water is on the ice).
ReplyDeleteI enjoy playing sports, but can't stand watching them, and have never seen a game on Tv, don't ever plan to. I've got better things to do: pick my nose, remove lint from my belly button, play with dingleberries...
