Due process? Probable Cause? Screw that. Some US legislators are intent on being able to monitor all of your online activity, lurking in your internets like pedobear at a playground. The bill H.R. 3523, or Cyber Intelligence Sharing and Protection Act (CISPA), appears to be the next brewing threat to internet privacy and freedom.
Accord to the EFF, the bill contains “sweeping language [that] would give companies and the government new powers to monitor and censor communications for copyright infringement. It could also be a powerful weapon to use against whistleblower websites like WikiLeaks.”
As long as “cyber security” is cited as a cause for violating your rights, the bill would apparently give a green light to governments and companies who wish to spy on user activity. ISPs, search engines and social networks would be able to make your data available to government agencies, leaving you with virtually no privacy.
“It effectively creates a “cybersecurity” exemption to all existing laws.”
A scary aspect of this bill is that it allows a company to block or modify your communication.
What does it take for an entity to claim it is spying on you because you were a potential “cyber threat”? According to the definition in the text of the bill:
There’s no telling yet if this bill will be met with significant public resistance, but if the huge public response to SOPA and ACTA are any indication, a vast majority of the public do not want to suffer a violation of their rights for the benefit of a few elite anti-pirate groups. Will framing file-sharing and DDoS attacks as a major threat to “cybersecurity” be enough to convince the public to forgo their rights or will it be yet another failed propaganda campaign that ends with Chris Dodd whining about how Google and Wikipedia had a greater sphere of influence on what was actually a grass roots protest to preserve our rights and freedoms? Perhaps it will require more peer review, but my money is on the latter.

I don't think we will make it till 2030 before the collapse. I see it going down in the next few years, 2013 or 2014 and to tell the truth I think it is going on right now just in slow mode. We are in a slow slide to doom and collapse, just look at the stock market and the dollar both going up and down and all because they are toying with the numbers, and as they say it themselves, "we are fixing the market and adjusting the long term goals to help the stocks" or in other words they are propping up the market so it will not fall and push us into a collapse. The time is not right for them to let the collapse because if they were ready you would see it in one day the stock market would fall 4000-6000 points in one day if not more! And when the NWO is ready to drop the ball on us you will see it happen very fast, in days maybe even hours! I work everyday and every week to prep and to get ready for the collaspe. And to tell you the truth prepping is the only real way to fight back, now! After the collapse we will have the chance to fight back with fire power and start to take back our freedoms. The ball is rolling and the time is getting short, so kick up your preps and get your butt into high gear and get ready for the coming collapse! Doom is near and he knows your name...............

The middle class is being systematically wiped out of existence in the United States today. America is a nation with a very tiny elite that is rapidly becoming increasingly wealthy while everyone else is becoming poorer.
So why is this happening? Well, it is actually very simple. Our institutions are designed to concentrate wealth in the hands of a very limited number of people. Throughout human history, almost all societies that have had a big centralized government have also had a very high concentration of wealth in the hands of the elite. Throughout human history, almost all societies that have allowed big business or big corporations to dominate the economy have also had a very high concentration of wealth in the hands of the elite. Well, the United States has allowed both big government and big corporations to grow wildly out of control. Those were huge mistakes. Our founding fathers attempted to establish a nation where the federal government would be greatly limited and where corporations would be greatly restricted. Unfortunately, we have turned our backs on those principles and now we are paying the price.
When you have great concentrations of wealth and power, the economic rewards of a society tend to go to just a few.
In the United States today, big businesses and wealthy individuals fund the campaigns of our politicians, and in turn our politicians pass laws which rig the game in their favor. It is a symbiotic relationship which is very bad for America.
Sadly, most conservatives tend to cheer on the big corporations, but this is not how our founding fathers envisioned our capitalist system working. Our founding fathers envisioned large numbers of similar companies competing against one another for customers. They did not envision a very small number of giant corporations buying up all of their competitors or smashing them into oblivion with their giant piles of money.
True conservatives should want to see more competition instead of less competition. Competition helped make America great, and we need to get back to that.
Instead of an economic landscape dominated by monolithic predator corporations, we need an economic environment where millions of small businesses can thrive and compete directly with one another.
Our founding fathers never intended for us to have the kind of system that we have today. As I have discussed in previous articles, our founding fathers greatly restricted the size and scope of corporations in early America. The following is how author Stephen D. #4 According to Forbes, the 400 wealthiest Americans have more wealth than the bottom 150 million Americans combined.
#5 The poorest 50 percent of all Americans collectively own just 2.5% of all the wealth in the United States.
#6 Median household income in the United States is down 7.8 percent since December 2007 after adjusting for inflation.

It is because that is the only place many families can afford to shop.
So what is the solution?
Well, many liberals claim that the solution is to tax the wealthy and redistribute their money to the poor.
But that is definitely not the answer.
That would give the wealthy more of an incentive to take their wealth and their businesses out of the United States, and it would give the poor more of an incentive to sit around and not work.
When I was younger, if I could have gotten the government to pay my bills I probably never would have worked at all. I was quite lazy and I probably would have been more than happy to sit at home and collect government checks.
It is only human nature not to work hard when you have someone else willing to take care of you. For example, Vice-President Joe Biden recently revealed that he stayed in the U.S. Senate for so long because he didn’t want “a real job“. There is a part of all of us that would like to avoid hard work.
So redistributing wealth is not going to be good for society as a whole. It penalizes being productive and it rewards being lazy.
And our tax system is already way too oppressive for those that honestly pay their taxes.
Did you know that the average American must work 107 days just to make enough money to pay their taxes?
That is before a single penny is earned for anything else.
That is absolutely obscene!
This year, the average American will spend approximately 29 percent of what they make on federal, state and local taxes.
No, the truth is that our current tax system is horrific and it needs to be thrown out.
But that is a topic for another article.
Getting back to the dying middle class, the real answer is to break up big government and to break up the big corporations and promote competition in our economy once again.
We need wealth and power to be spread out into millions and millions of hands.
We need a system that tremendously encourages small businesses instead of absolutely crushing them.
We need dozens of competitors in most industries instead of just a handful.
We need to empower average Americans to be their own bosses instead of being dependent on big government and big corporations.
We need a system that gives “the little guy” a fighting chance.
It could be done if the American people were willing to reign in big government and the big corporations.
If you believe in the U.S. Constitution, you should believe in limiting the power of the federal government and limiting the power of the big corporations.
Those are principles that our founding fathers believed in, and those are principles that we need to return to.

That would give the wealthy more of an incentive to take their wealth and their businesses out of the United States, and it would give the poor more of an incentive to sit around and not work.
When I was younger, if I could have gotten the government to pay my bills I probably never would have worked at all. I was quite lazy and I probably would have been more than happy to sit at home and collect government checks.
It is only human nature not to work hard when you have someone else willing to take care of you. For example, Vice-President Joe Biden recently revealed that he stayed in the U.S. Senate for so long because he didn’t want “a real job“. There is a part of all of us that would like to avoid hard work.
So redistributing wealth is not going to be good for society as a whole. It penalizes being productive and it rewards being lazy.
And our tax system is already way too oppressive for those that honestly pay their taxes.
Did you know that the average American must work 107 days just to make enough money to pay their taxes?
That is before a single penny is earned for anything else.
That is absolutely obscene!
This year, the average American will spend approximately 29 percent of what they make on federal, state and local taxes.
No, the truth is that our current tax system is horrific and it needs to be thrown out.
But that is a topic for another article.
Getting back to the dying middle class, the real answer is to break up big government and to break up the big corporations and promote competition in our economy once again.
We need wealth and power to be spread out into millions and millions of hands.
We need a system that tremendously encourages small businesses instead of absolutely crushing them.
We need dozens of competitors in most industries instead of just a handful.
We need to empower average Americans to be their own bosses instead of being dependent on big government and big corporations.
We need a system that gives “the little guy” a fighting chance.
It could be done if the American people were willing to reign in big government and the big corporations.
If you believe in the U.S. Constitution, you should believe in limiting the power of the federal government and limiting the power of the big corporations.
Those are principles that our founding fathers believed in, and those are principles that we need to return to.

So What Do You Think????
We are into the fourth month of the year and looks like each month we are losing more and more freedoms. The Great Obama signed NDAA and with old laws already in place it makes NDAA even worse than is sounds when you read it. With parts of the Patriot Act in place and the New NDAA Act we are doomed as Americans. At anytime the government can put into play a false flag event and then call for a National Emergency and under that Event they can start rounding up the people who will and can resist them or fight back. So the people who have anti-government blogs or are in a group who stands up and fights the fools in office could and will be rounded up and put in jail or a FEMA/TSA camp.
And if you are reading this and telling yourself that will never happen just go talk to a few of the Japanese-Americans who were put into Relocation Camps/Internment Camps. President Franklin D. Roosevelt authorized the internment with Executive Order 9066, issued February 19, 1942, which allowed local military commanders to designate "military areas" as "exclusion zones," from which "any or all persons may be excluded." This power was used to declare that all people of Japanese ancestry were excluded from the entire Pacific coast, including all of California and much of Oregon, Washington and Arizona, except for those in internment camps. In 1944, the Supreme Court upheld the constitutionality of the exclusion orders, while noting that the provisions that singled out people of Japanese ancestry were a separate issue outside the scope of the proceedings. The United States Census Bureau assisted the internment efforts by providing confidential neighborhood information on Japanese Americans. The Bureau's role was denied for decades, but was finally proven in 2007.
Just look at all the laws put into place in this government very few of them go unused and I'm sure NDAA will be used to the fullest it can be used and the few people of this Country who make a stand will be jailed or worse, maybe even killed! There is a evil in this Country and the sad thing is that it is running the Country and if everything goes it's way he will get four more years to pour his evil onto the people.
Prep and prep now!! Stock up on food, water, medical supplies, Guns, Guns , guns and more guns with lots of ammo and learn to us them, clean them and fix them. Find a few friends that you can trust and work as a team to survive. For years I was a lone wolf in survival but as I get older and smarter I see that the more you have to fight and help the better, but you must trust them 110%! This is a must your life and the lives of your loved ones count on it. Sit down with a few friends and make a plan!

7 Exercises To Help You Survive A Zombie Apocalypse

Are you in good enough shape to survive a zombie apocalypse? If it's you against 100 zombies intent on feasting on your tasty, tasty brains could you get away? Could you out run them? Could you fight them off? You'll have a better chance of making it if you know the 7 exercises for surviving a zombie apocalypse. Start doing these exercises now if you want a chance to survive.
1. Run 400 Meters The need for speed is critical for escaping zombies. Ideally you should be able to sprint all out for 400 meters in less than 90 seconds, even better is 60 seconds. That should get you far enough away to hide, get to your safe spot or grab a weapon. Work on sprints at least once a week. Try and run four to six 400 meter sprints per session and keep the time of all the runs no more than 10 seconds apart.
2. Speed Walk 5 Miles The ability to cover a long distance in a short amount of time should not be overlooked. You never know when you will have to move from hideout to hideout with your gear. Ideally you should do this carrying a backpack with at least 30 pounds of stuff in it. A weight vest is also a great substitution. Doing this in less than 45 minutes is a must. Go for a walk at least 3 times a week to build up you stamina then add the weight.
3. Rope Climbs You will need to get places that zombies cannot, like tree houses and the roofs of secured buildings. The best way to do that will be with a rope so you better be able to climb it. If you can't climb a rope yet there is no need to panic. Start by pulling yourself off the ground from your back and then lower yourself back down again. Ideally you will eventually be able to do two 20 foot rope climbs with only your hands (not using your feet) consecutively. Work on it, it's a great upper body exercise.
4. Using A Sledgehammer You'll more than likely have to smash a few zombie heads in with some blunt object, like a sledgehammer. A sledgehammer circuit will help you build strength and conditioning at the same time. Get an old worn out tire (the bigger the better) and go ahead to pound the hell out of it. A twelve pound sledgehammer will never seem so heavy after a workout! This will also help you by getting you in shape for chopping down trees, chopping up firewood and breaking down barricaded doors. Fun stuff. You can also flip the tire as an added workout.
5 Pull-Ups/Chin-Ups You have to master your own body weight and these exercises are first on the list. The ability to pull yourself up is an essential survival skill you must have. If you can't do these yet have no fear. Start today and progress until you can do it. Ultimately you want to be able to do a muscle-up.
6. Plyometric Training You have to be nimble to avoid zombies. Being able to jump up on and over things will is important. Box jumps, broad jumps, lateral bounding and tuck jumps will all work your legs and give you a cardio workout. Start with small boxes and obstacles until you can move up to 30" boxes and higher. Wear a weight vest to increase the difficulty.
7. Burpees If you are holed up in your hiding place from the zombies you'll have to stay in shape for your inevitable escape. With burpees you'll get a full body workout wherever you are. They work your legs, arms, chest and core as well as a great cardio workout. Start with sets of 10 until you can build up your stamina and do at least 50 in a row. Ultimately you should be able to do 100 in a row. It's quite the workout from just one exercise.
